Unable to play any cloud game using keyboard and mouse

Hello,

I downloaded XBOX Game Pass today, but I cant' play any cloud game due to a "missing controller" issue.

I do the following:

I open Xbox Game Pass > Cloud Games

in the new page I see: Controller: not connected | Network: connected

I click on any cloud game: under the Play button I see a Play with controller message

when I clic on Play I see a "Disconnected controller" message but I can do nothing

Question is: is it possible to play Xbox game cloud without a Xbox controller?

Also: I use bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Maybe this is causing the issue?

Anyone know if they're planning on bringing mouse and keyboard support to cloud gaming? Be nice to play games on any laptop with a mouse and keyboard.

Ok, thank you for your answers.

I hope Microsoft will soon find a way to let players use keyboard + mouse on cloud games too.

Microsoft currently only supports using gamepad controllers to play.

because all the cloud based games are console games running on console spec hardware in the datacentres, so gamepad is the only controller for choice for them.
