Unable to play 2 player games. 2 accounts are signed in but unable to get the game to work...

May I ask what is the exact error or issue that you’re experiencing whenever you’re trying to play 2 player games?

Also, what games are you trying to play?

Did you get ultimate or just gamepass if gamepass you need ultimate to play online

Gamepass only gives you access to the games

And fyi not all games are local multiplayer

Most.of them are online multiplayer you have to look at the game description to see which ones do

2-Unable to move saved games or games from an old account to another new account

There was an alert saying Time Warner customers couldn't sign in.

My issue is being unable to play a single player game offline.

since skyrim is a single player game, try having your brothers account (the one that had purchased it) signed in, then sign in on your account as player 2, then when the game starts, have your account press the start button and it should let you play it.
im not sure if this will work but it is worth a try
