My membership is passed due. i am now recieving a message to contact my bank regarding my card being refused. There isnt any problem with my account or card and im unable to reactivate my live subscription. i also am unable to post a complaint unless its
a comment.

Forced to pay for live

been unable to cancel my xbox live membership due to the 30 day gap because I changed my phone number am I now forced to pay it or is there a way out

unable to pay my gold membership

hi, i am trying to add another month to my xbox live gold membership. i am able to check my billing history and apparently i have £11.98 unpaid? i didn't realise it hadn't debited last month, so i have put funds in my billing account to cover it, yet it
is still not working both on here and on the xbox. please assist?

If you need to process a balance, you can do so yourself at
http://billing.microsoft.com so no actual need to call support if you don't want to or they are closed.

You need to contact Phone Support (select BILLING) to resolve the balance owed issue then once that is done you can buy more subscription time for the account.

cheers for response, found out why though. i put in exactly the right amount to cover it, tried... declined, after checking my balance on the 3rd try, i noticed £3 had come out my account, checking with the bank its 3 seperate £1 transactions. seems microsoft/xbox
live tried to check my account each time with a £1 debit before theyd take the actual balance, meaning i didnt have the right amount to pay it. flippin eejits.
