Unable to pay for my past due monthly xbox gold subscription because of an error

Hello, it has been 2 months since i'm trying to pay for my past due subscription without success.

When i sign in to Services & subscriptions and try finding my subscription in the list, instead of displaying it, a message appears saying :

Try that again

Something happened at our end, and we can’t display all the data at the moment. Waiting a bit might help.

I tried "Waiting a bit" but it still doesn't work after 2 months. I also tried paying for a new subscription but it doesn't allow me.

I also checked if i could pay on my Xbox One but it seems that the only way to directly pay is going on the website. (https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb...unt-pay-for-a-past-due-microsoft-subscription)

Xbox Live Gold Past Due

So my Xbox Live Gold subscription recently said it was past due, so i got a 25 dollar gift (to pay for a one month subscription) .

Then i went to pay off the past due subscription and it wont let me which is making me outraged that my money basically meant nothing.

Cancelling a past due subscription

when I tried to pay for my subscriptions I noticed I was low on money. I tried to pay for my xbox gold subscription. But I also have ea access but I do not want to pay for it. Is there a way to pay for gold and not ea access? Both of these are past due...

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have questions on a past due subscription. Unfortunately, with a past due subscription. You will be unable to redeem any codes for gold. Reason for this is the account for gold is suspended. Best thing to
do is to pay past due subscription.

Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that it can be frustrating when you are unable to purchase Xbox Live Gold due to a past-due subscription. The past-due subscription will need to be paid before another subscription can be purchased.

Xbox Support Team is correct in stating that the

past due balance must be paid before Xbox Live Gold is able to become active. The moderators, volunteer moderators and ambassadors do not have the ability to manage subscriptions and charges on an account. The article we provided explains how to pay the
