Unable to pay due to being in the UK

Hi

Had not had this problem before and no error code I have a Microsoft Account with a credit card attached to it. Went to rent a film today which I have done loads but it asked me to add a method of payment or choose which way I wanted
to pay. This is not the problem. When I went to re add the card details through this format it let me enter the usual card details and most of the address till it got to the state. I live in the United Kingdom and there was not that option I have tried turning
the xbox on and off, checking my credit card details on the account as well noin gas sorted it. The only thing that has changed since I last done it is a xbox update. Can this be plated to include other countries?

Unfortunately you will unable to get your old gt back. Your gamertag was forced change by Microsoft because it violated the Coc and ToU due to it being offensive. You will have to pay to change it for future references there is no way around it.

Thankyou! This worked for me! Also in the UK. I just assumed it was due to being beta and was hoping an update was due to be released but all sorted now!

It is right in terms of being correct if you are meaning "right" as in justified well welcome to the world of consumerism

The UK is called "Treasure Island" because companies know we will pay more for things.

If you care enough look at companies like apple and how much you in the US pay for an iMac then look at how much the UK pay for it. Look at cars see how much the US pay for a BMW and how much the UK pays.

And the game is averaging £9.99 - £15.99 preowned

Thanks for reaching out to us. We understand having issue paying for subscription. If the subscription is past due, you are unable to use account balance to pay for it. IF it isn't past due, there may not be enough in the account balance to cover the tax.
That's why it asking for card.
