    First noticed this issue when trying to access the Halo Infinite Tech Preview, but and Insider content that requires you to open the store to download will result in a "Cannot access store while using Remote Play" issue.

    I cannot install the Halo Infinite insider from the Xbox mobile app either as it requires the direct link from the Insider Hub.

    Any ideas are welcome.

    I am relying on Remote Play as I am visiting family this weekend.

    Maybe if someone could provide a direct link to the Halo Infinite - Insider product page on the MS store I could get it download from a browser?

    Power cut on and off

    Ensure that the vents of the console is not blocked by any objects. As this will prevent the hot air being removed from the inside of the console.

    Hi there, You need to go to the Xbox Insider Hub App,  you'll see the insider content that you participating, eventually you'll see minecraft beta, then just leave the beta progam.

    If you're speaking of the Xbox Insider Preview, where you test new system update features, then I have bad news for you.

    Currently the Insider Preview is filled and they aren't accepting new participants, unless enough participants are removed for being inactive.

    The ability to invite others has been removed from the program, so there is no way for us to grant you a Preview membership invite :-(

    I assume much like EA did with the Dragon Age 2 "BioWare Signature Edition" that any shop will participate. Its done on the distribution level -when stores collect their pre-orders from the distributors they include the extra content.

    Motivation

    My brother is 39 and plays M-rated games. He hasn't complained about any Marketplace M-rated content being blocked. I have both mine and his account set to 'Adult' in the Family Settings.

    My nephews are young and their accounts are set for Child. When they try to access content for an M-rated game, it gives them a message saying the content is blocked.
