Hello Zoltan, as the support page to request the repair is giving this error, my recommendation is to contact xbox support but via chat, I believe the call back is not working.

By chat, click on the option to talk to an expert 24/7, choose the subject and after going through the virtual service will be attended by an agent who will help you with your warranty request.

Thanks, that way I could get to a real person, and solved my issue: so the repair request has been submitted.

However, I'd like to point out the button I had to press to be able to chat someone from Microsoft - or to outsourced workforce, if that's "external" means in this context - looks like this:

"Message a gamer ...". It doesn't imply that you can have a chat with someone from Microsoft, or someone with access to Microsoft internal tools who can help you, but a gamer who is also just a user like me, and has nothing but experience.

The reason why I never hit that button for a whole week was this.

Thanks for trying to help but I’ve tried everything already, . There’s no option to speak to a live person only a virtual agent, when I request call back it says it’s unavailable, the numbers available to call just tell me to request the call back on the website which doesn’t work. I’m desperate to get my Xbox repaired but it’s as if Microsoft are refusing to service my Xbox, if there’s any other way of requesting a call back my number is 07361259506
