    Unable to message anyone


    Whenever I try to message anyone on Xbox it keeps giving me the message, "Access to feature blocked" and "You can't access this feature because of how your account is set up. You can change this by modifying your privacy settings on
    Xbox.com    " I have looked at my settings and gone through everything, what is happening and how do I fix it?

    Unable to talk or message anyone

    Okay so I have finished my ban but I'm still unable to talk or message anyone not only on my account but on all of the accounts on my console I've tried a hard reset and removing and re-uploading my profile and so far nothing is working. And yes according
    to my profile suspension it has been lifted for almost a week in a half now.... Help figuring out this issue would make me very greatful.

    Unable to message after Comm Suspension was lifted

    My suspension was lifted on the 29th Jan but im still unable to message anyone.

    either you have been given a communication ban OR you are under a childish account. I say childish because it seems a setting for the communication area has been restricted. Should be under settings on the xbox one.

    I'm still unable to send messages to anyone, I created an alt account with the same settings as my main and its able to send messages perfectly.
