    Unable to make your final Rewards deposit


    I received the message "There seems to be an issue with your account: please reach out to our support forum team." and my rewards can not be deposited, it shows at the end of the email:

    "We were unable to make your final Rewards deposit. Any pending Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems in your account will be converted into Microsoft Rewards points in late June, where you can redeem them for items in the
    Microsoft Rewards catalog."

    How can I ask for deposit before that? I have a really good amount

    We were unable to make your final Rewards deposit. Any pending Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems in your account will be converted into Microsoft Rewards points in late June, where you can redeem them for items in the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    If you have changed your Czech Microsoft Account region to match your Rewards Account region, you will be a part of the upcoming end of month deposit. Recent data policy changes have resulted in us being unable to currently see your Microsoft Account region.
    Furthermore, as stated in the FAQ for Vault Credits, we recommend not selecting Vault Credits as an option if you are currently experiencing a deposit issue. However, also as stated in the FAQ, your Credits will be converted to Microsoft Rewards Points if
    we are unable to deposit at the time of the final transition:

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog. See the next question for when to expect your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems if you have opted-out of making the
    transition to Microsoft Rewards.

    Since this issue only affects your Xbox Live Rewards account, and Microsoft Rewards does not do deposits in the same way, it will not affect your Microsoft Rewards account.

    Hi FRANCISCOXBOXER. Your Xbox Live locale does not match your Rewards locale, therefore we are unable to make a deposit to your Microsoft account. You'll need to change your Microsoft billing locale to your Rewards locale in order for us the make a deposit.
