    I get messages like looks like you owe this already. Or something went wrong at our end. I have been trying to get this worked out for months now. Please Help.

    Hey there, hockeyGod! Sorry to see that you were unable to purchase The Pre-Sequel. I'm getting reports that this is resolved now. Please try to purchase it again for me. If you are unable to purchase it on the site still, please try to make the purchase
    on the console and see if that works. If you receive any error codes there, make note of them. If you are still unable to purchase on either platforms, please post up a new thread so that we can get you the individual support that works best here on the forums.
