Unable to login to my original FH4 account

Hi Juhn, thank you for the reply.

For reference I am on PC.

When launching Forza and entering settings there is no tab for "account".

I am also able to login to the link you provided no worries at all.

Our internal teams want to ask if is this a new gamertag or a brand-new account?

Please also go to account.xbox.com to check if your gamertag is still correct and if all the achievements for Forza and other games are still the same on the account.

Is this only happening on Forza using the new account, how about the other games?

Do you still have the games license on your account order history?

You can also try accessing the account via In-Private browser to check if the account is really brand-new.

• Can you please go to account.microsoft.com website and see if you can access? please use the same account that you want to be signed in on Forza.
  

To log back into your original account, please follow these steps:



1. Launch Forza Horizon 4.

2. Click on the "Settings" icon in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Click on the "Account" tab.

4. Click on the "Sign Out" button.

5. Once you have signed out, you will be taken back to the main menu.

6. Click on the "Sign In" button and enter the email address and password associated with your original account.
