unable to login my account 0x80a40401

hi ..

today when i was trying to login my account i get messge saying " You appear to be in a region where this service is not available 0x80a40401 "

i didn't change anything in my xbox setting the night before was working perfectly fine i've double check my region it's on the list of supported with xbox service i've
been plying for years never had this issue before just trun on my xbox in found it how to fix ?

Thank you for reaching out to Xbox forums support. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console. [KLEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter.

I feel confident that this will totally refresh your console and resolve the issue.

yes tried every thing you mention up there rest my Xbox delete my account ..etc and more spending nearly all day try figure it out it was very odd thing because i couldn't log in also in Phone App and windows only way i can login was Xbox.com . when i
give my friend my account seems to be working he can login every where .. so i rest my network " not from Xbox " and after that rest my Xbox again and it works for me.
