Unable to Login into Xbox account on IOS

Can someone please help?

Since the beginning of December 2018 i have been unable to login into my Xbox account on my Ipad.

Its now January the 22nd 2019 and i still cant login.

i have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and rebooted my devices as well but everytime i attempt to sign in the same message appears “sorry something went wrong” login in using Xbox.com.

Also Everything is update on the app and on my device and my device is not old or anything

it just wont let me login into the Xbox App at all on my device.

Even when i try to login into minecraft using my Xbox account the same message also comes up “sorry something went wrong” try login in with Xbox.com. I have also deleted and reinstalled this app also.

This issue has been ongoing for over a month now and i really would like to be able to use the xbox app on my mobile device and continue to play minecraft with my friends etc. which i currently can not.

please someone help fix my problem of not been able to login into the xbox app on my ios device please.

I recommend to try using a different device to ensure the Microsoft Account is in working order. Please take a look at the following compatibility requirements for the device: Requires iOS 10.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

If the issue persists, please
report this app to Microsoft to get the appropriate team to troubleshoot the issue.

I also cannot login into the Xbox app on my ios since Early december.

Everything is up to date i have reinstalled app countless times and it always says the same thing sorry something went wrong login at xbox.com.

Also i am unable to play Minecraft as my Xbox account wont login and the game freezes as soon as it trys logs in.

To anyone reading that may be having this same issue:

I had to power cycle and then login before the system accepted my login after receiving this update. After that, I was able to access my Xbox Live account.

Oddly enough, I am still unable to access my Xbox iOS App.

Oh well, ya win some ya lose some.

Having the same issue myself.

Xbox app on iOS 12.2 (iPhone XS), crashes upon the Microsoft account login screen. Have submitted the crash report, so fingers crossed..!
