Unable to log on to Microsoft Solitaire Games on Windows 10 since June 8.

Did you read my whole message? I think not as I have done every thing in the copy of the website you replied with. My husband's login work on the same computer while mine stopped. Any ideas?

I read the whole message and included the steps from our online troubleshooter that would be most relevant to the issue and that I did not see in your original description of the issue, like reset the app or try the troubleshooter for the Windows Store
app. If you've done every single thing from the steps I listed, then it could be account permissions not letting you log on.

Can you provide what the error message says or looks like when you try logging in with your account? Have you tried running the game as an administrator while logged into your account?

I did everything in your message, multi restarts. I xan log on to xbox on the internet, just not the Microsoft Solitaire game. My error is 1470000 and the message is I cannot be logged on at this time. My husband is able to log on the same computer and
lig on to Microsoft Solitaire. Since I am unable to log on, how would I run it as an administrator? Can you provide more info on the process? My husband thinks I got shut out because my accumulated score was so high. Is this a thing?

• If you're having problems with the app try one of the following:
  
  • Make sure Windows has the latest update: Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check
    for Updates. If there is an available update, select Install now.
  • Make sure that your app works with Windows 10. For more info, see Your app doesn't work with Windows 10.
  • If you're having issues downloading or installing an app, try updating Microsoft Store: On the taskbar, select the Microsoft Store icon. In Microsoft Store, select
    See more > Downloads and updates >
    Get updates. If an update for Microsoft Store is available, it will start installing automatically.
  • If the app isn't working, try repairing and resetting the app: Select the
    Start button > Settings >
    Apps > Apps & features. Select the app that's not working, and then select Advanced options
    under the name of the app. On the page that opens with information about the app, select
    Repair. (Note: Some apps don't have this option.) If repairing the app doesn't fix the problem, select Reset. If the app still isn't working, try uninstalling and reinstalling
    the app to see if that fixes it.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app: Select the Start
    button. In the list of apps, right-click the one that's not working, select
