Unable to log into Xbox online, showing error code

Hey again, guys! If you're getting this error and are unable to log into www.xbox.com, please contact our support team for this. You will likely need to be send to our tier 3 global escalation support department. Please let them the error code you are
receiving and that you are unable to log into the website.

I got the same problem. Downloaded the update this morning.

Played fine after that for most of the day, several times.

Only just tried to log in within the last hour .... and unable to with same error code as this topic.

Every profile/gamertag on the same console , also cannot log in at the moment either.

But I was able to log in and play online for most of the day , until recently.

The update didn't show anything like change to the terms of service or agreeing to something new. So doubt it's a fault on our end.

My internet also seems to be working fine on every other device.

Hi, lots of reports of users being unable to play their purchased content, but not necessarily with the error code you have.

You'll probably want to log a fault with xbox/MS support directly.
