    Hello, after recently buying a new computer I noticed that I'm unable to log into Xbox Live. Whenever I attempt, the following error appears: To sign into Xbox, please install this framework (WebView2 Runtime). At the bottom of the message there is an install button, however, whenever I click it an additional error appears: We couldn't sign you into Xbox Live (Sorry, something went wrong. Try again in a while. (0x80004005)). Below which is just an okay button. After looking through methods to resolve this and reports of the same issue and troubleshooting, the error remains. The things I've attempted include:

    -Restarting several times

    -Ensuring Windows 10 doesn't have any pending updates

    -Repairing and Resetting the Microsoft Store, the Xbox app, Gaming Services, and all of the games showing the error (Minecraft, Forza Horizon 5, etc)

    -Installing the x64 bit version of the WebView2 Runtime from the following website: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/?form=MA13LH#download-section

    -Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Microsoft Store, the Xbox app, Gaming Services

    -Attempting to install the Xbox Identity Provider from: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9WZDNCRD1HKW?rtc=1&activetab=pivot:overviewtab&hl=en-us&gl=US (however, I was unable to install the program, since after clicking the prompt to go to the Microsoft Store to install, there is no such button to install, get, open, uninstall, or do anything of the sort. The only things featured on the Microsoft Store popout are "Privacy and Terms" and "More Details")

    -Ensuring the Date and Time, Time Zone, and Region on the device are correct

    -Ensuring that the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store are logged into with the same account

    -Running the following command in Windows Powershell (in administrator): Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”} (admittedly I don't know what this one does)

    -Deleting the XblGrts|Devicekey from Windows Credentials and Rebooting

    If there is a way to resolve this issue outside what I have already attempted, I would greatly appreciate the support, and I hope what I have said gives enough detail to properly describe the issue.

    account must be updated in some way, such as agreeing to an updated terms of use.

    I think the account is a child account so how would I enable permissions? Tried after logging onto both websites and still get the error.

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. You can try a
    Power cycle     of the console and then try and sign into Fortnite. Do you get any error messages or anything when you try and sign in?

    I get log in failed the the message unable to sign in to your account on Xbox live. Please try again later ive tried restarting my xbox abd ive tried doing it by the power cable and i still get the same message
