Unable to log into Xbox app due to blocked server connectivity

My Xbox app suddenly decided to set the server connectivity to blocked. I've tried pretty much everything I came across on the internet but nothing will work. I can't even log into the app itself half the time, let alone start games that are not related
to multiplayer services.

My NAT type is set to open, as suggested on multiple forums and support boards. I checked my router settings, firewall settings and made sure everything else, as far as I can tell, is in order.

I've searched the internet up and down, but have't yet come across a solution that actually works.

I'd love to.

However, it looks like my windows store can't connect to the internet, neither can any of my windows apps. Things such as check for update, changing time settings and so on, not even netflix works if started through the app. Browsers and any other application
are able to connect just fine, but everything that is somehow related to microsoft and tries to connect to a microsoft service, website or domain throws a connection error.

Uninstalling the Xbox app worked, unfortunately, after restarting my PC I'm now not able to download it again. All I get from the shop is an error message "Try that again, something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help." over and over again.

Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the Xbox App?

Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.

Once the PC is restarted I suggest re-installing the Xbox App. Here is how:

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.

5. Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.
