Unable to log into the Xbox (beta) app on windows 10

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. You can try and do what is in this

discussion. Also the Xbox
Identity provider has been useful in this situation. Most of all make sure the Microsoft account you have is also an Xbox account by signing into Xbox.com

Hi Brad,

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately the first solution did not work the second one I am unable to follow because I uninstalled my microsoft store and have been unable to re-install it. I have tried everything bar a completely new installation of windows
10 for the store issue.

You can claim the perks by logging in on Xbox beta app on windows 10, the game pass app on mobile device or log in on your xbox one console, and find the perks on there and claim them. Each perk gives instructions on how to claim.
