    Unable to log in to xbox account on the website


    This problem has persisted over the last few days and I've been unable to log in. Whenever I hover over the login option it switches my cursor to the text select cursor. Along with that, whenever I try to go through my microsoft account it tells me that
    I need to go to my Xbox privacy and online safety settings. I have checked them and nothing seems to be the problem. Any solutions?

    Also go to
    account website     try and log in there and see if the password is correct. Also I encourage you to do as Cid posted to set up an app password. If you unable to log in on website and the console, is it possible it got changed you can go through the steps to
    reset password while on the Account website.
