Unable to log in to roblox xbox series s console

We installed roblox on the xbox on 25th December its been happening since then

I have tried the uninstall and re install aslo the un linking option

Even un linking on over platforms where he plays and still having the same issue

It has never worked on my sons gamer tag sign in but like I said before he can log in on mobile or ipad I have even tried my xbox with his gamer tag and still the same out come

It's a very strange situation as I can log on to is roblox account using my gamer tag that may eliminate it being a issue with the xbox it's self or being a server issue

With the latest information, we would like you to contact to Roblox website and submit a ticket on this problem. There might be something wrong with your son's gamertag/account in getting through their server.

Also, seems like you have performed all the necessary steps. In this case, it would be best to reach out to Roblox Support as it is an in-game error. Here you go: https://www.roblox.com/support

how do i update roblox for xbox series s?

Hi,

Sorry but this isn't going to happen. There hasn't been any games released for the Xbox 360 since around October 2018, nearly 5 years ago. Roblox is not made by Microsoft and Microsoft are no longer allowing any more games to be released for the Xbox 360 platform.

If you want to play Roblox, you'll need to buy Xbox One, One S or Series X|S console.
