Unable to log in my microsoft account into Xbox applications (0x409) 0x80070422

I have wasted so much hours on my life on this that ill never get back.

First of all, I am unable to log in my Microsoft account into Xbox applications such as Xbox Console Companion or just Xbox (Beta).

In Xbox (Beta) It doesnt really display anything, it tries to automatically log in if i literally just press log in but it fails, but doesnt display really any message.

In Xbox Console Companion however, it tries to automatically log in when i open the app but then it displays this text:

"We can't sign you in right now. Try again later"

"(0x409) 0x80070422"

Does anyone know what this error code means and what should i do to fix it? There is something wrong with my microsoft account since WHATEVER i log into, even like Minecraft bedrock lets say, which you need a microsoft account for, It also displays an error.
I have come across multiple solutions online but all of them did NOT work. I really need help because this has been going on for 3 days.

And oh, there is another button when it tries to automatically sign into Xbox Console Companion that says "Need help?" and I pressed on it and it tried to automatically log in again but failed. Why does Microsoft do this automatically and not manually?

I would really appreciate if there is any answer to this complete madness that has been going on, and is there any fix to it. Thanks!
