Yet, according to my account on the PC, I have in fact been able to "purchase" the game.

Most puzzling. Any suggestions would be great

Region of account is set to USA.

Unable to locate Digitally Purchased games via Xbox Store.

Some User side things you can still try. First, ensure that it is set as the Home Console. If so then there might be a License issue that only Support can help resolve>

It would be best to
Contact Support either via Chat/ Online or by phone for your Region.

Unable to locate Digitally Purchased games via Xbox Store.

So Ive gotten into a bit of a situation. On July 10, 16 & 26 (2016), I had purchased 3 games ,Batman, Divinity OSEE, and Another World. Today on July 26,2016, I did a factory reset on my xbox since It was running pretty sluggish and thought It may be of
some help. I let the console rest a bit and upon startup, going through all the setup and login, I had began the process of re-installing all of my games and apps that I had on the hard drive prior to restoring. It was going well until I had noticed that some
of my games, the ones aforementioned were not appearing under "Ready to install". I did the shortcut to reveal hidden items (Ltrigger + Rtrigger + X) only to find that nothing was showing up. It was strange because before doing the restore the games properly
showed up and were playable. Now when I log into microsoft.com and check under Payment & Billing / Recent orders they clearly appear their paid in full except they have the denotation (In progress). This is surely strange because I have been playing Divinity
OSEE since I purchased on 7/16/2016 with no fault and now I cant let alone find it but also the other games they are just not appearing. On 7/10/2016 I had also bough Unravel which does appear under ready to install and clearly boots up with no issues. Help
would be very nice and I surely hope I can get this resolved. Thanks.

actually, ignore that entirely. Had to change location setting from settings on the console ... sorted now.

Its not your fault they shipped a broken game. But it is your fault for not looking at the promotions that were running at the time to take advantage of them.

After doing the store reinstall and the custom windows install I'm still unable to select an install location.

If your country is on the list, and you already have your account setup correctly, I'd suggest talking to support.

Ideally your store should be set to the same location you are. You can verify the location on your account at http://account.microsoft.com
