    Unable to load Xbox 360 backwards compatible games


    I have had this issue for a while, and have tried all the network tips people have provided. When trying to load any Xbox 360 game on my series x, I get stuck for around 10 minutes with a page saying “getting your Xbox 360 info…” After the game eventually loads, I cannot save any progress or play online because I can not download my profile, or any others on my Xbox. I have had a friend hook up their Xbox at my house with the exact same setup I use, and it works instantly. I am wondering if this is an issue with my account or hardware.

    No, Backwards compatibility requires the game be changed to be compatible with Xbox One. You cannot load any game that isn't officially supported from Xbox or Xbox 360 on Xbox One or Series consoles
