    I have had the same problem. I tried playing fifa 15 and mine craft and they would load to a point where the load circle would continuously spin. I tried opening my apps such as internet, avatar etc and nothing would open. I have tried turning off the xbox
    and back on and nothing works and my discs are fine and so is my network connection

    Sounds like a cold boot may help you fix this problem. Turn on your Xbox 1, hold in power button for 8-10 seconds to power off. Wait 30 seconds, Power on and try again. This clears out everything and starts the OS fresh. Please let us know if you continue
    to have problems after a clean boot!

    thanks for the assistance i found it was a problem with my internet there was 2 networks and it couldn't work out which one to use.
