Unable to leave game beta due to it not showing up on the Insider hub.

What worked for me was to leave the beta testing program from the Insiders hub and then reinstall the game. My girlfriend just needed to update it after leaving. Do check the Insiders Hub to see if you're participating in the beta testing, still.

Uninstall the game beta, go to the hub insider and leave the beta content, go to the store and installed your game version normal

- Leave the beta through the insider hub
- Uninstall the game
- Go to the store and install the normal version

You can leave the beta by going to the xbox insider app and press on leave in the minecraft hub.

O entras al beta del "insider hub" o ellos dejan el beta. Eso si, los mundos creados en beta no se podran jugar en la version actual.
