Unable to launch Rage 2 on Xbox PC app

    Unable to launch Rage 2 on Xbox PC app


    I installed Rage 2 from Xbox app for PC using the Xbox Game Pass.

    But now I can't launch the game.

    I tried launching through the Xbox app, as well as from Start menu entry.

    As soon I launch the game, I get this error:

    All the drivers are updated.

    No 3rd party antivirus installed.

    Run as Admin doesn't work as well.

    I am also having the same issue, Rage 2 wont launch with Xbox Game Pass Beta on PC.

    What antivirus are you running? Make sure the Game Pass PC app and Rage 2 both have exceptions enabled. Certain AV programs will block the program from launching because it needs to be online.

    Hi,

    I'm also having an issue where the game has been installed and I get the Notification message that RAGE 2 (PC) just finished installing, click here to play! But nothing happens. If I then go back to the Rage 2 page within the Xbox App for PC it's on the Install
    status again.

    If I click Install and specify the location, it finishes in seconds with the same message but still the game is not launching. I checked and all Windows updates are installed and I'm on Windows version 1903 - build 18352.476

    Sorry you're still having trouble. If you are still unable to launch the game from the Beta App then please find the game in the Start Menu of the PC and launch it from there

    Xbox app crashes when I am streaming.

    Hi Rage, We will need to gather logs to request an investigation. Please DL the Xbox App Beta version by going to your PC and searching for "Xbox App Beta". Install and launch the app and click the happy face and use the "report a problem" to report this
    issue. Let me now if you were able to submit a report and I will request an investigation.
