Unable to launch new Download

Halo CE won't launch for me either.

When I launch it, it says Halo CE is unable to start and prompts me to download it again. I've cleared my cache, and re-downloaded the game 3 times now. Still won't launch. I know for a fact it isn't the hard drive because I've been playing the downloaded
version on this same console for over a year now. It just recently has stopped working.

What you downloaded was the Beta, not the game. The Beta has yet to launch, which is why you are unable to play. There is no set date released to the public for the Beta just yet.

I'm still unable to install it, plus I downloaded Pac-Man but that won't launch either "This game might not be playable yet" it says. This is after another hard reboot

Does the game stop downloading at a certain point everytime you try to download it? or have you successfully downloaded it, but have been unable to launch? When launching be sure that you are signed in with the account that purchased the game.

If you get prompted to download updates to the game, when you first begin the download, or shortly after, I advise you do not download the updates when prompted, and to instead wait until the game finishes downloading, then check for and install any updates.
