    Unable to Launch games using Xbox App Streaming on Windows 10


    As per the title, I've updated everything (literally) no more updates being offered, versions are as shows:

    Gaming services - 2.56.5002.0
    Xbox App - 2108.1001.8.0
    Insider Hub - 1.2107.21001.0

    When i try and launch a game for streaming, it just flashes black (the app itself not my full screen) and goes back to the game library.

    No errors in eventvwr that i would relate to the issue, any ideas?

    Why cant I download the Xbox Console Companion app?

    The consul companion is a Windows 8 app that is no longer supported just like the windows eight operating system.

    Since windows 10 launched, you've been intended to use the Xbox app built into windows for game streaming

    Support for the Xbox Companion App has been discontinued along with the rest of Windows 8. Since the launch of Windows 10 you've been supposed to use the Xbox app built in for streaming
