Unable to launch game without crash Forza Horizon 5

Hi, I have been trying all day yesterday and the day before to figure out why Forza Horizon 5 won't launch. I have more than the specified components in my computer so I dont think thats the problem. I do have Bitdefender Firewall disabled because the forum says to turn it off. I have closed down Logitech G HUB so that it wont interrupt as well as discord and a few of the other applications provided on the list. I have run the game as administrator, reinstalled it 9 times, bypassed my firewall, you name it and I've probably done it. I just can't for the life of me figure out why it keeps crashing. I've looked at 10+ different websites regarding the launch crashes and still nothing. I'm installing the game through the Xbox Desktop App. I have Redone everything on the forums about 2-3 times over so I don't think that's it. I have tried signing in as an administrator to no avail. I unplugged my steering wheel and shifter to see if that was the cause (it wasn't).

So all I ask is if you/anybody knows what I could do? (I have also asked the Forza Support forums and just got flagged as solved as soon as I posted.)
