unable to launch Escapist 2

I purchased and downloaded escapist 2 yesterday. It appears in my games but I am unable to launch it. When I click on launch, it displays an image for a few seconds, then closes.

It would be great if Microsoft made these games free in September, The Escapists, Dungeon Defenders, Sim 2, and Destiny. If they only picked one of the four up on my list make it The Escapist.

P.S. The main games I want are The Escapists, and Dungeon Defenders being backwards compatible from 360.

 

Unable to Launch Portal 2

You would have to play the game on the account you bought it on, your other account is not recognised as "owning" the game, so it would not be able to launch.

 

If it's not launching, try fully turning off you xbox and back on if that fails your probally have to uninstall and re download it.

 

You'll need to try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. If that doesn't work then delete the game and redownload it.

 

Just try to Re downlaod your Profile on your dashboard And try again!

 

Thanks for the suggestions! I turned it off, then had to uninstalling and reinstall. This seemed to do the trick.

 

Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again
