    Unable to launch cloud gaming with current account


    Under my primary gamer tag/account cloud gaming fails to launch from all devices, whether it is Xbox/pc/phone. If my friend logs in with his account on any of the my devices, he has no issues launching cloud games. I have tried troubleshooting every aspect it seems, but it looks like it’s something to do with my account, as anyone else that logs in can access cloud gaming on any of my device.

    as cloud gaming is currently restricted to the master account, Therin lies the issue

    The lines for cloud play are already long. Sometimes I have to wait 15-30 minutes as a paying subscriber, and the people trying to play Fortnite on the free servers are waiting as long is four hours

    as I said it's currently invader which means it is in testing and not a fully launched product

    Are you currently unable to load a specific map for this game mode, or are you unable to launch the game mode all together? Also, have you tried reinstalling this game and resetting your network equipment?

    Tried playing on cloud gaming for iOS and its not working tried restarting everything nothings working tried different internet any ideas

    It’s 12:30 am here and I’m still unable to launch the Xbox cloud gaming app as well. Starting to see many people post online with same problem and no answers yet…:/

    Why won’t the xbox store and cloud gaming work

    Hey! There is currently an outage affecting Xbox Cloud Gaming and the Xbox Store. You may be unable to access the store and may have trouble starting cloud games or be unexpectedly disconnected from a game after it begins. This is currently being investigated.
