Unable to launch Cloud games via computer browser

Hello, Francia.

I am able to stream via cloud using the Edge browser on both my PC and Mac. I am still unable to stream via cloud on my Series S.

If you are unable to solve my issue, who can I escalate this problem to?

Thank you; the suggestion worked. However, I also installed the Xbox Insider app, and joined the Xbox insider program. I then launched my Xbox app, and was able to enjoy Cloud Gaming, with vibration support.

Vibration in Xbox Cloud gaming via a browser however, still does not work.

What device are you using to play your games? Are you playing via cloud gaming? Via Xbox Game Pass app or via a browser?

Yes NONE of that applies or makes any difference.

Did yoiu read that I have the console connected via Ethernet. My internet speed is perfectly fine and in in UK.

Its funny how the same internet will work my Ipad on wifi perfectly for cloud gaming.

I have also used my xbox browser to access cloud gaming and it plays perfectly in browser but, then wont recognise my controller.

Its when I launch the game directly from dashboard as a cloud game - its just terrible as said - all pixelated and choppy sound - how can it do this but, on same console via browser be perfect ?

I have also done a factory reset on the console and that has made no difference.

I have used my laptop which is old on same wifi internet in a browser (edge) and that works perfectly too.

So its not a case of poor speed etc. its something to do with launching from the console dashboard that it triggering this...
