    I am having an issue since the last alpha skip ahead update. The issue I am having is everything is taking to long to start, even report a problem takes to long to start. I've done a restart through the dashboard and it didn't fix it. I have also done a hard reset by push the Xbox button on the console it's self and that didn't fix it. I was signed in when the issue began tonight. Now when I try to sign in it is saying sign in took too long to start. Not sure what's going on or if any one else has the issue?

    Deadcells killing pc?

    My pc is unable to run long enough to even bring up a menu at this point and all I have attempted to do was the steps you listed. After launching deadcells my PC has degraded to a point of being unable to even repair it. I am beyond words at this point. I am using windows 11 and this pc is decently up to date hardware wise. I'm having to reply on my phone. How is Xbox gamepass allowing this to continue on their gamepass when this seems to be a known issue from my digging. It killed my computer just by launching it. I am furious, and unable to do anything because it crashes roughly 5 minutes after launch.

    Hey Panda -

    Try unplugging your Xbox One console (and everything from it as well) and leaving it alone for 5-10 minutes. If the issue persists when you plug it all in, you'll want to try to >>factory
    reset
    << your console.

    Give that a shot and let us know how it goes!

    Hey there Josef, I'm positive my payment method and console are set to the same region. I had changed my region at one point but I changed it back soon afterwards.
