Unable to launch any games, stop install, or continue install

Yesterday I tried to install Morrowind on my pc through gamepass but it stopped at 100 megabytes but as this has happened before and it has sorted itself out I went to sleep assuming it would be done when i woke up instead I woke up to not being able to stop the install that has stayed at 100 megabytes or open any of my games. So far I have used the WSRESET command, tried to repair and reset the xbox app and microsoft store, signed out and signed back into both, and uninstalled and reinstalled gaming services while restarting my pc after each of these. Nothing on that list has worked Morrowind is still at 100 megabytes and I still am unable to open any of my installed games.

Still didnt work but I did have to reinstall gaming services after that but that also did not fix it

There are no pending windows updates and deleting the accounts and cache folders did not seem to do anything

Sorry about that, Evan. You may want to try the steps here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/.... If it persists, you can try performing a clean boot to further check whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

Thanks for trying the steps. Kindly also reset the gaming services and make sure all Xbox servers are up and running.

Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Find the App named "Gaming Services" then select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Reset.

After that press WIN+R (Windows logo key + R) , Enter "services.msc", find "Game Services", stop the service and then start it back again. Restart your PC then check again.
