unable to join online co op on far cry 6 unless i use mobile hot spot

I have just bought far cry 6 from Ubisoft it will not connect to co op online through my WI FI but it works through my mobile hotspot but it will allow me to join a game if I join through Ubisoft connect I had a same issue last year different game different server Microsoft took remote access of my pc went on something called windows PowerShell did a few things and it worked I'm not able to do this again as I'm not able to get help to do this again as I can not remember how I did it last time any ideas why I am having this issue ?

I understand that you have had issues before with another game and some powershell commands may have helped you, however, remember that Ubisoft Connect is not a managed application under Microsoft Xbox servers, so they may present their own troubleshooting steps.

In addition to this, you can contact your internet provider and ask them to open these ports, which Ubisoft Connect uses.

No, it's not possible to play co-op on different platforms. To play co-op with each other on Far Cry 5, you both need to be using the same platform.
