    I am playing Minecraft on xbox 360 and trying to access Mini Games. when I select to join a battle, I get a message "Connection Failed: Connection to the server was lost. Existing to main menu." I contacted the game developer Mojane. They referred me to
    xbox Support.

    Minecraft online not working

    when I was going to play the mini games on Minecraft it says ”You cannot join or host public games as one or more players are not allowed to play multiplayer games on Xbox Live” What do I do I’m really confused

    Are you seeing this when using a disc copy or a digitally downloaded copy? What steps have you tried already to fix it and are you seeing a similar issue in other games?

    Its the disk version of Minecraft. Ive tried to do this multiple times under 2 profiles, one through Live and the other not, with the same result. Ive als o confirmed that it is not an internet issue with my home WIFI, as other devices are active on our
    home network at the same time. I do not have any other issue with other games, although I do not play others online.

    Unable to See "Mini Games" menu option in Minecraft at start screen

    Good day

    The mini games for minecraft was only on the xbox one edition.

    The newer version which is Bedrock edition does not have the mini games as the other one. Instead they have servers that acts as mini games.

    To know the difference is the xbox one edition will say "Xbox One edition" under the minecraft name.

    While the bedrock edition will just say minecraft.

    You might have gotten the newer version while your friends still has the older version of the game on Xbox one.

    Are the Minecraft Xbox 360 Mini Game servers still functional?

    Update: Microsoft's Minecraft support team didn't help much. To test this out, my and my friend set up a public mini game server, with my friend making a public Battle server. I joined from the "Join" tab, and it came up with the annoying "The connection to the server was lost. Exiting to main menu" error. My friend then disabled the option "Public Game." Then, if you join from the "Friends" tab it works just fine,
