Unable to join a specific friend

Whenever we try to play certain games such as Dying light, 7 days to die or custom games in Conan Exiles or Space Engineers it says that we have a connection error and doesn't let us join each other.

May I ask what is the exact issue or error that you two are experiencing whenever you're trying to play together or join each other's game?

Thank you so much for the update. Kindly perform an extended powerycle on both of your consoles by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Also, please make sure that both of your NAT Type is OPEN by following the steps below:

Settings > General > Network Settings > Test NAT Type.

Bambino, thanks for the reply. Sounds pretty much like you have a basic NAT issue, honestly. Do you know what router you use? I'll need that to figure out what steps we need to take to make sure we open up that NAT for you.

Yeah, a 3rd party member inviter isn't much of an option for us. It's it's true that out internet doesn't line up, is there anything I can do to troubleshoot?
