Unable to install Ubisoft game through Game Pass

Im also having this problem 2 months later... i click install and it open the ubisoft app where nothing is showing. i have uninstalled and reinstalled. if i click "see in ubisoft connect pc" i have a loading symbol pop up next to my cursor but the app donsnt open

So I finally found a way to download Ubisoft games, that was the simplest thing but it took me a while to figure out. (Still this issue should be corrected Francia J.)

I pressed on "show in Ubisoft Connect" instead of "install" and it directed me to the page where you can download the game.

Dosnt work just is grey for me same thing happens but nothing loads when trying to install ghost recon wildlands and I have game pass idk why the u is off app has to be so broken love how the store will always work and take your money tho gotta love modem gaming

You are a hero. Going through that link asked me to confirm my XBOX account. Once confirmed all the games from gamepass showed up under my games in Ubisoft connect. Thank you!
