    I've tried a lot of things, but I'm still unable to install several games (Error 0x8007001f) and I'm unable to play any of the game that I've downloaded with Xbox Game Pass for PC.

    Microsoft Windows [version 10.0.18362.900] (Windows 10 Version 1903 x64)

    Computer : Apple Macbook 15 Late 2013 (16GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GT750M)

    My Windows version is up to date (system started from USB drive)

    I'm administrator.

    I've uninstalled / reinstalled the store (powershell), and also the Xbox app.

    I've tried to disable the firewall (local network)

    I've rebooted several times

    I've said bad things to my computer...

    Fiber network connexion (980Mb/s)

    Steam games are working fine

    List of games:

    -Age of Wonders Planetfall = 14.8/14.8Gb downloaded = Error 0x80070001f

    -Bad North: Jotunn Edition : same as Age Of Wonders

    -Rise of Nations Extended Edition ! Play button is green but when I try to play the game the Xbox app closes and nothing happens

    -Forza Horizon 4: same as Rise of Nations

    With the same account, I have no problem with my desktop computer.

    Can someone help ?

    Hi thanks for your answer.

    Macbook: I think the hardware being an Apple is a detail (but maybe booting on a windows installed on USB disk is not).

    Operating System Version : as said in initial post my Windows version is up to date (build 1903).

    It seems we are not the only ones (and Bandido1508 copy/paste the answer) :

    And updating does not seems to fix the problem.

    I really don't think the windows link given above are the right solution, as this is a generic windows error code (why would audio driver block Xbox games from installing... ?)

    In fact it seems that this is more a not-being and Administrator account problem :

    And apparently, if Windows 10 system resides on an external hard disk it somehow messes up the installation process for "Administrator approval required for installation" games (Error 0x8007001f
    with Xbox Game Pass PC).

    At the moment, in my case, it seems there is no solution to this problem :-(

    I can't change my install (I moved Windows 10 on an external USB drive as I wanted more space for OSX on my laptop).

    I have to wait for an update of XBox app if any.
