    hello, I just recently purchased the Mine craft for windows starter collection. I am able to open the Minecraft launcher however, I am prompted to buy the game. I can see the collection as being bought in my order history. but it has not installed on my computer. Please help.

    Thank you for your help, however I am currently unable to access the minecraft launcher (it can't be opened/launched, is still showing up in the windows search bar, cannot be uninstalled).

    Every time I try to download it again from other places (microsoft store application, minecraft installer application, minecraft launcher from the xbox store), I get an error and it tells me it is unable to install

    You are unable to download Minecraft is that correct? If so, you can download and install using the given link. You cant then login and access your account once installation is done.

    Yes both are signed in with the same account. I went through the trusted devices page. When I launch the minecraft launcher is shows the bundle purchased but only shows view except for the launcher which shows a play button.

    Checked accounts again and they were two different accounts. It is now fixed. Thank you!
