Unable to install Minecraft Dungeon on PC

Microsoft has published an update to fix this issue. To install the update, follow these steps:

Select the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Settings.

Select Update & Security > Check for updates.

Select View optional updates, and then select update KB5004476 from the list.

Select Download and install.

Once the update is complete, restart your device.

You should now be able to install, update, and launch games.

In her excitement my daughter installed Minecraft Dungeons on my WORK PC. she's had a whole heap of fun playing it, but it is now time to MOVE the game to her PC and let me get on with work.

TWO Parts;

- when I install Minecraft Dungeons on the New PC (via the windows store) it downloads and installs fine. HOWEVER as soon as she logs into her Microsoft/Xbox account we get the error "Unable to verify account ownership". at which point the only option
is to close the game.

- ASSUMING I can install the game on the NEW PC, I assume I can copy the Dungeons save directory from C:\Users\*Your User Name*\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Lovika_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Local\Dungeons\ and all will be good... Of course step
1 is pretty critical.

I have tried reinstalling the game (on the new PC) no luck. I have tried (yet) another PC, no luck.

Any ideas?

Double check the account that was used when you first installed it onto your work pc, if its different to her account then it will have to be purchased again on her account to get it to work.

• Workaround: Make sure you have the "Hero Add-On" installed on Xbox One by going toMy Games & Apps > Minecraft Dungeons > press Menu and select Manage game & add-ons. From here
  you can select it and install it from Ready to install. Yu do not need to install an additional file on Windows 10

The Hero - Edition of Minecraft dungeons isn't installing on my Microsoft store

when I install Hero - Edition it gives this error code: 0x803FB107

when I install Minecraft dungeons itself it gives this error code: 0x80073CF3

Microsoft please help me get Minecraft dungeons and please do the following verification.
