Unable to install Forza Motor sports 7

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues installing Forza Motorsport 7.

Would you mind giving the following troubleshooting methods a try?

• Do you have any external storage units plugged into your console? If so, please give this a try.

- Cancel the installation.
- Eject your disc.
- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
- Unplug all external storage units from the console, and leave them like that.
- Unplug your console's power cord for 5 minutes.
- Plug the power cord in.
- Turn your console on.
- Insert your disc.
- Try installing Forza while your external storage units are unplugged.

If installing the game on your console's internal storage continues to give you an "Installation Stopped" error, make your external storage unit the default install location at Settings > System > Storage devices > Change install locations. Then try reinstalling the game.

- Cancel the installation.
- Eject your disc.
- Go to Settings > System > Storage devices > Clear local saved games.

* Important: This will delete all the saved games on your console but It won't remove saved games on the cloud. If your console has been constantly connected to the Internet and the Xbox Network, your cloud-saved data should re-sync with your console the next time you launch each game.

- Insert your disc.
- Try installing the game again.

If prompted to install an update now or later, select the latter.

- Eject your disc.
- Go to Settings > General > Network Settings > Go Offline.
- Insert your disc.
- Try installing the game again.

Alternatively, please check if the Microsoft Store will let you download the game digitally using your disc's license.

i use the CMD and Start search

but both Way have same Problem

i well typing "wsreset.exe" to both way

There was no change in it.
