every time i try to download it, it gives that error. i waited for a good 10 minutes, and still nothing. i don't have an x one, and this is the only way i can play the game, please help ;-;

Unfortunately no. I also tried The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Dishonored, Psychonauts 2, Fallout: New Vegas, Dead Cells and Yakuza: Like a Dragon. Surprisingly, only Yakuza started to download. The other 5 just straight up gave the same error code and refused to do anything. I did contact an xbox gamer, and we did literally everything we could do in terms of troubleshooting, and it still did not work. They said I should just wait a while and try again, which was around 3-4 hours ago.

I had this issue around a year ago. I could tell you all the 10 steps I followed to solve it, unfortunately what helped me to solved this was to restart my PC as it comes here:

In the part of Windows 10 click on "Reset this PC" these instructions will help you to solve the problem, you can even leave your important files!

Hi Josef,

The link you supplied is for the Xbox version, I’m talking about the windows/pc version. Unfortunately the FFX HD remasters aren’t play anywhere titles.
