Unable to install Dragon Age Origins Ultimate DLC disc content on Xbox X

Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition has all the DLC on a separate disc.

A restart of your Xbox console might help, but the only other solution would be to play the content directly from the second disc.

I don't think you fully understood, perhaps I may of worded it incorrectly.

The Dragon Age Origins Ultimate comes with more than one disc. The other disc has multiple DLC (Roughly $40 worth) that I am unable to download, as my Xbox only holds 4 GB or space, the disc requires 4.1, and I use a flash drive to download any games on
the Xbox store.

The question is, is there a way to download it on to the flash drive? It's unfair to have $40 worth of content I am unable to access.

Some games do allow game and DLC installation by inserting Disc 2 into the Xbox One to install both the game & DLC. Try uninstalling Dragon Age: Origins and reinstalling the both the game & DLC by using Disc 2.
