Unable to input first, last name to access support

Tried the Chat support option.

First name and last name fields were disabled. I removed the disabled option on the text input fields in Google Chrome Developer Console and submitted the form before the chat would work.

Something is seriously wrong here.

exact same issue as op. This is so frustrating. Also when i try to live chat to get this resolved i cant enter a first and last name because the fields dont allow input and yet it tells me i have to enter a first and last name...

Removing my account and adding one solved the problem. I'm back on Live. I wonder if just putting your first and last name when prompted would yield the same result. I had to input my name anyways when I added an account.

I'm having the exactly same issue. And when i tried to contact microsoft's br support (my country's support) they said it's a windows problem, not xbox's problem.... after i call some 3 times they say it's steam's problem and then rockstar's problem....
but how can it be?... I'll never ever again buy another game like this one... and like the @XarcAwesome i cant enter a first and last name because the fields doesnt allow me to input it and yet it tells me i have to enter a first and last name... Anyone could
help please? We've BOUGHT the game, not begged for it... and i can't save my progress untill i have this serial number....
