Unable to grant permission for family safety

Hello Marcus, your daughter's account is a child account and is in a family, if you are in a family in addition to giving permission have to set up the online gameplay of the account, to check this follow the instructions below.

Get in https://www.xbox.com/en-us/

Then click on your account photo

Then click on the 3 points (...)

Select Xbox Settings, and then on the left side click Privacy and online security;

Next click: Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Security

Search You can join multiplayer games

Select ALLOW
