"Unable to get series details" for any channel and for any show in OneGuide

Hello,

Since few days I am unable to view "Show details" for any channel and for any show in OneGuide with "Unable to get series details". I attach a link to the photo for easy reference. I've already cleared OneGuide cache but it did not help.

Hey Eviltwin,

You can also change the setting to only show HD or SD channels in the OneGuide. Go to Settings> TV & OneGuide settings> OneGuide> Show all HD and SD channels. That will remove any duplicate channels.

Voice commands switch to wrong channel number despite correct oneguide listings

I have Time Warner cable which recently changed their channel lineup. I have updated the oneguide with the new listings, and selecting a channel from the oneguide with gestures or a controller, it switches to the correct channel. However, if I say "watch
espn", or any other channel name, it switches to the old channel number. I've tried cleaing my history and refreshing the oneguide data, but this still happens. I really liked using voice commands to change channels. Does anyone have a fix for this?

For what it's worth - the issue is now fixed. Few days after latest Xbox update (which updated the OneGuide) the problem is gone.

I have a Cisco 4742HDC with Cox and it works fine except any time i change channels through oneguide it brings up a show details window on the cable box that takes up most of the screen. It can only be closed by using the cable boxes remote.

I'm having the same issue. Oneguide doesn't display any information for certain channels. Clearing Oneguide and History doesn't have any impact. Also, some channels are missing or in the wrong order.

Theory of Game

On the right side of the OneGuide, there is a "Favorites" option - this will show the OneGuide with only the channels that you've marked as favorites. You can mix TV channels and app channels, so you get a personalized guide with only the channels you really
care about.
