    Unable to get past first screen in games


    Games like Neon Abyss and The Outer Worlds will never pass the initial start screen

    i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling

    The games will open and play fine if i turn my internet off first before launching then

    Yes the console was still offline. I’m not able to get past the Home Screen to get to the settings of the game without first getting past this issue and loading my profile.

    Hey there, Usual!

    I'm sorry to see any issues with playing Solitaire after the Creators Update!

    To try to see what you were, as an avid player of Solitaire myself, I updated to the Creators Update early on my PC. The good news is that everything is working as expected within the app; I'm able to select a type of game to play and then play that game
    upon initial launch.

    This does mean that there may be something wrong with the update on your PC. I suggest creating a new local profile on your PC to see if that helps. If it doesn't, then you will need to reinstall Windows 10 on it.

    Let me know how it goes! I'm happy to address further concerns if necessary. :)
