    Unable to get onto the code redeem page


    I’m trying to redeem my code I have and the page for redeeming codes won’t load.

    I’ve tried on my Xbox and on my phone, said wait a while may help, I’ve waited 24hours now.

    If you are unable to get the code to work on the console, you could try redeeming it online. Instructions are included in the link below. If the steps in this page don't work, there is also a link on that page with instructions on requesting a replacement
    code.
