'Strict' for some reason i can get online multiplayer for Battlefeild 1?

battle field 3 issues

when i try to play battlefeild 3 online it says in to young.so my dad tried to change the settings and still we can not play the game online,cause it says im to young.. How do we take this feature off to play battlefeild 3 online??

I would love to see a WW2 EP just like Battlefeild Vietnam was added on to Bc2, I would buy Battlefeild 1942 in a heart beat, as long as they made it better than Battlefeild 1943.
